The Human Connectome Project1,200 healthy adults, twins and their non-twin siblings
Diffusion imaging, Resting-state fMRI,Task-fMRI,magnetoencephalography (MEG), electroencephalography (EEG), Behavioral testing
The PING Data ResourceThe Data Resource includes neurodevelopmental histories, information about developing mental and emotional functions, multimodal brain imaging data, and genotypes for well over 1000 children and adolescents between the ages of 3 and 20.
1000 Functional Connectomes (FCP)Raw resting state functional MRI and structural MRI for more than 1200 healthy individuals from 33 different contributors
OpenFMRIRaw and preprocessed data along with behavioral data for a variety of different task-based functional MRI experiments
LONI Laboratory of Neuro Imagingstructural MRI Diffusion imaging, Resting-state fMRI, Task-fMRI,magnetoencephalography (MEG), electroencephalography (EEG), PET
NeuroInformatics DataBase, NIDBAn open-source database platform for archiving, analysis, and sharing of neuroimaging data. Data from the multi-site projects Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange (ABIDE), Bipolar–Schizophrenia Network on Intermediate Phenotypes parts one and two (B–SNIP1, B–SNIP2), and Monetary Incentive Delay task (MID) are available for download from the public instance of NiDB, with more projects sharing data as it becomes available.
OMEGA: The Open MEG ArchiveThe Open MEG Archive (OMEGA) contains MEG data in raw and processed form and anatomical MRI volumes, demographic and questionnaire information, and eventually will feature other forms of electrophysiological data (e.g., EEG, field and cell recordings).
The Center for Integrated Molecular Brain Imaging (Cimbi) databaseComprehensive and unique neuroimaging repository of the serotonin system; Includes ~ 2000 well-characterized healthy volunteers and patients; Multitude of additional data, such as genetic, biochemical and neuropsychological; Associated biobank with blood/saliva samples from most individuals.
The Open Access Series of Imaging Studies (OASIS) A project aimed at making MRI data sets of the brain freely available to the scientific community.
